YOGA ONE-to-ONES

I offer tailored, 60-minute 1-to-1 sessions in the peaceful atmosphere of the Bab'yama studio in Berwick to help you meet your yoga goals.

Yoga 1-to-1s are the perfect solution for you if:

you can't find a yoga class to fit your schedule
you feel worried or anxious about trying a public class for the first time
you have a particular yoga pose or yoga or meditation goal you would like to work towards.

1-to-1s and 1-to-2s are available on Tuesdays.

YOGA ONE-to-TWOS & GROUPS

If you're interested in holding a private yoga class for you and a friend, I am happy to help. Perhaps you would like to organise a private yoga party, such as a yoga hen party. If so, please get in touch to discuss how I can help you.
