It's been a long time since we held our last yoga mala in 2018 and I want this mala to be bigger, stronger and better! This time around, we'll be working for Choices 4 Growth, a grassroots venture providing support and counselling for better mental health. We seem to be living in a neverending cycle of funding cuts and austerity, and it's these small, yet vital, services that are really struggling.

Now, 108 ~ yes, ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT! ~ Sun Salutations is a challenge, no doubt about it. And that's why it's worthy of sponsorship. Like last time, we'll train for it together ~ I have the training schedule and accompanying videos ready to run ~ but don't worry, everything can be modified to meet us where we're at, so everyone can participate.
