The prefect time of year to revisit Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation!

These play an integral part of many yoga classes but we can sometimes feel intimidated by the pace and number of elements to manage. This afternoon is all about slowing the Sun Salutation down, looking at its component parts with curiousity, and then putting it all back together again with calm intent.

We'll be taking a look at Salutation A, B and C, exploring their differences and similarities, and finding ways in which to tap into their firey element without burning out!
