About the Event

A serene yoga and meditation session designed to rejuvenate a frazzled mind, a tired body, and a flagging spirit. We draw on elements of slow flow, yin, and restorative yoga, alongside yoga nidra (yogic sleep), meditation and pranayama. It's all about getting in touch with our inner tortoise, leaving the hare very much at home.


An important part of these session is the informality ~ the warmth and conversation with friends over a cup of coffee and bicuits! Come along and be part of something slow.
