We can't imagine anything worse than being homeless at this time of year, the sense of exclusion and loneliness highlighted by the season's atmosphere of cheer and excess.

We would invite you to join us, Trudy, Isabelle, Amanda and Cordelia, at St Aidan's Peace Church (off Church Street) in Berwick for an afternoon of yoga, meditation and home-baking to raise money for homelessness charity, Crisis at Christmas.

If you're not a yoga fan, please don't worry! You can pop along with your friends and family to enjoy our tasty festive refreshments in the very special atmosphere of the Peace Church with no touching toes or om-ing required!

For the yoga enthusiasts amongst you, I'm excited to say you'll have THREE yoga teachers to choose from! Or, of course, you can do all three sessions. Amanda will be offering a Chair Yoga (Choga!) session, Cordelia a Hatha session, and I'll be offering a Yoga Flow. Each session will last around 40 mins. (Please note that the timetable is approximate.)

The suggested donation amount for an afternoon of yoga is £29.06, the cost of one gift of Christmas for someone experiencing homelessness. This is a not-for-profit event. All donations will go directly to Crisis at Christmas.
