Whether you're a yoga beginner or more advanced, come and join me for authentic, friendly and sociable Hatha and Flow yoga classes in and around Berwick-upon-Tweed in beautiful North Northumberland.

But did you know that the poses (asana) is only a tiny part of this 3000 year-old discipline? That by accompanying asana with breathwork (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and self-study (svadhyaya) you could also:

  • improve the quality of your sleep

  • improve concentration

  • expand your breath and lung capacity

  • assist your digestive system

  • soothe and reset your nervous system

  • recognise and unpick self-sabotaging behaviours

  • learn to be more peaceful

  • make sense of your place in this fast-moving world

  • discover a complete system for physical, mental and spiritual health

I mean, why wouldn't you want to enjoy ALL the benefits of this ancient and deeply spiritual and philosophical way of living? You don't have to limit yourself to a 45-minute class squashed in the timetable between a HIIT session and Boxercise in a room smelling of sweat and desperation! 


I'd love you to join me and experience traditional, authentic Hatha yoga taught in a beautiful studio* purposely designed to enhance your practice. Classes are typically 90 or 60-minutes long and while you'll work hard, the atmosphere is fun and friendly.

Real yoga is so much more than an exercise class. It's a way of reconnecting not only to yourself, but to something bigger.
