My first post is something I was going to publish here - this will remain our place for things solely yogic and philosophical, and Substack will be where I can write about anything and everything, whether it's sad, joyful, ridiculous or ~ yeah, why not? ~ rude!
This first post, In the Liminal, straddles both camps. I hope you enjoy it, that perhaps it resonates? I know that at this time every year I get fired up by our eternal, misplaced optimism around self-improvement. In this article, am I being overly negative, or bang on the money? I'd love it if you left me your thoughts either here or ... over there.
And, er, I hate to ask, but I'd love to have you along on my Substack journey. At the moment ~ and okay, it has been a full ten minutes ~ there's no-one to receive my bletherings and I have a stonking back catalogue that I plan to share with you from the days when I was a) a failed sitcom writer, b) a paid reviewer for amateur dramatics, and c) an incognito Lady Whistledown, observing and writing on local politics, which upset quite a few people.
