Following on from my last post, "Finding the Can in Can't", I thought you might enjoy seeing how easy it is to modify even the most traditional and hallowed of yoga practices, the Sun Salutation. I've picked on Salute B as it's the one that tests beginners the most ~ the repetition, the continuous movement against gravity, the hold (or, as I prefer it, the rest!) all conspire to pull mind and body apart.
But remember, as long as we stay present and focus on our breath rather than worrying about what we look like, even the most challenging sequences can be made accessible to everyone.
